And that mean even WITHIN the bars of prisons, which was out focus today with Kathy Branzell of Love2020 and Nick Meyer, a prison Chaplain who’s ministering to the least of these. His come-up is a story full of a man following God’s plan, and his current status is overwhelmed with LOVE.

Nancy McDonnell and friends with the ministry, “The Value Of the Person”, out of Pennsylvania, joined us to talk about the awesome power of love and its impact on employees and organizations.

Nancy says that God is the reason for work – and 1 John 4:7 says, God IS love. Therefore, love must be infused into every interaction we have at work! Value of the Person began around 40 years ago on exactly this premise… seeing, loving, and respecting the person in front of you. Treating people with value and dignity is more than just a biblical business practice – it is a way of life!

This Workshop is for The Kingdom

And we’re here all week!  It’s the “Kingdom Leadership Workshop” in Lubbock, TX where we’ll be broadcasting LIVE. We kicked off the week with return guests, Rick and Holly Betenbough, to get their take on this amazing Workshop, and how God’s been moving them.

Rick Betenbough and his dad, Ron, started Betenbough Homes in the 1990s. From the beginning they were passionate about honoring God in their business through giving away money to ministries around the world out of their profits. It wasn’t until later, that God helped them to realize that they weren’t just called to give money to ministries, they were called to BE ministers to the people they worked with every day by genuinely loving them.

Love Thy Neighbor. Every Single One.

Kathy Branzell in on a mission to bring the love of Jesus to every American, and she needs your help.  Her ambitious project, Love2020, looks to touch every person in the US with the love of Christ from another Believer by the year 2020.  Here how, and why, in what Jim calls an “earthquake in the marketplace” on today’s massive program.

After battling a cancerous brain tumor for 14-and-a-half-years and walking with her son through a rare blood cancer, Kathy is well acquainted with God’s grace and compassion through troubled times. Kathy looks at Love2020 as an opportunity to share how God walked her through difficulties situations and is still walking with her today!

What is your story? What pulls at your heart? What injustices make you crazy? What are your giftings? We want to invite you to share these parts of yourself and your testimony with your neighbors and coworkers through the Love2020 project! Together we can become a cultural influence for Christ!
