Annual performance reviews are a simple and valuable way to improve company culture. For the employee, it’s an opportunity to hear from the supervisor in an open conversation. As a manager you can communicate that you care about your employees and share Christ's love at the same time.
Please use our review as a template for your own company. Here’s a few keys to success:
Give a blank copy of the template to the employee and ask them to bring it to the evaluation after rating themselves.
