We know the power of Jesus and He is the one that has entrusted us as stewards of the wealth that we have. We can use that wealth to impact the culture and bring hope and healing and freedom through Jesus back to the forefront. Jesus is the only solution to the mess our culture is in. Can you imagine all these hurting people realizing the answer to their problems was only a church block away? While retirement is represented to be a time divorced from financial and social stress, it is in fact the most complex time of life and is reported to be “not for sissies”. For the Christian, it is an even more complex time and Christ followers are impacted by the culture and challenged by Jesus commands. Today we start a series exploring cultures impact on how we live in retirement compared to the Christian world view of living in retirement. We will be releasing this podcast series every other week.
