Now add to the equation that men and women are not the same. Meeting the specific needs of men and women is critical to our flourishing, so when we put these two ideas together, we get Unconventional Business Women.
Before Kimberly Wright became the new Executive Director of Unconventional Business Women (UBW), she was an attendee who found encouragement and a sense of belonging there. Many women struggle with loneliness, guilt, and comparison, and UBW is a place to learn to let go and embrace who God made them to be in all aspects of their life – especially work. Kimberly is excited about the upcoming speaker for UBW’s Spring Summit – as she has recently read Jordan Raynor’s book, Redeeming your Time, and gotten such great insight into prioritizing her own time.
