An established leader in the faith and work movement, Jim has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner. In 2013, God called him and his wife, Martha, to begin the iWork4Him Talk Show, where they have had the privilege of challenging thousands across the globe with the simple message that your workplace is your mission field.

A natural relator, Jim has arranged and interviewed over 3,000 CEOs, business owners, authors, and Christ-followers in the workplace on the iWork4Him and iRetire4Him Shows. In addition, he and Martha have co-authored a series of collaborative books, iWork4Him, sheWorks4Him, and iRetire4Him.

Jim and Martha have been married for 36+ years and have three grown children and six grandchildren. When they're not interviewing, speaking, or mentoring, Jim and Martha lead marriage retreats and tackle DIY projects together.

A gifted developer and communicator, Martha has worked alongside her husband, Jim, in various entrepreneurial ventures over their 36+ years of marriage. In 2013, God called them to begin the iWork4Him Talk Show, where they have had the privilege of challenging thousands across the globe with the simple message that your workplace is your mission field. Outside of co-hosting the iWork4Him Podcast with Jim, Martha also helped begin the sheWorks4Him Podcast, one of the first collaborative digital gathering spaces dedicated to connecting Christian working women. In addition, she and Jim have co-authored a series of collaborative books: iWork4Him, sheWorks4Him, and iRetire4Him.

Together, Jim and Martha are passionate about helping people integrate faith into every part of life – including work, family, and marriage. When they aren’t doing interviews, Jim and Martha host marriage retreats and travel across the country visiting their three grown children and six grandchildren and finding their next DIY project.

Radio-TV Veteran/A-V Producer/Musician

Todd T has a degree in Mass Communications and an FCC Broadcasting License. He has been working in TV, Radio, Audio/Video Production, and Photography for around 30 years, including working for three national TV channels (most notably HSN & AAN) and two of the top Radio Broadcasting companies in the business – Cox Media Group & Clear Channel/iHeart Radio.

Along with working for iWork4Him, Todd is the Videographer/Producer of ECSN (The Earl Christy Sports Network) with New York Jets, Super Bowl III Champion Earl Christy, and Producer for the Internet/WHTV show “Call2Pray”.

Gordon’s career in radio spans three decades, twenty of which were served with Salem Media, one of America’s leading Christian radio broadcasters.

In 2011, Gordon founded Glorystone.tv, a web-based platform for on-demand audio and video. This startup created an integrated network of over 100 of the nation’s leading Christian speakers, filmmakers, andartists.

In 2018, Glorystone and FiveQ.com formed a partnership to help Christian radio stations multiply their digital impact through audience engagement and monetization, website redesign, and personalization.

Gordon is an online missionary with Global Media Outreach, a pioneer in internet evangelism, and blogs at gordonmarcy.com. He and his wife Cyndi live in Louisville, KY.

Mary is the Vice President of Advantage Retirement Group in Fort Myers, FL. She leads the marketing, compliance, and operations for the financial planning firm as well as produces and co-hosts the weekly TV and radio show “Saving The Investor.” Mary brings over 30 years of financial service and marketing experience to iWork4Him.

Mary has two adult children and three grandchildren. She resides in Fort Myers with her husband Gary.

With a Master’s degree in social work focused on community action, Erika is the lead learner in her home as she is homeschooling and learning aside her three children. She is the owner and President of Maryland Relocation, a corporate housing company, as well as Adorned by 5 STAR, a decor company. Erika and her husband Matthew also have a General Construction company called Gulf Coast Framing and Drywall, that serves the greater Tampa Bay Area.

Their heart is for putting prayer and God’s truth into families and inspiring marriages as they have led multiple groups at church and in homes as well as in the workplace. The power of prayer and sharing God’s Word changes relationships and outcomes, as they have learned so much from their incredible mentors.

They have recently relocated to Hudson, Florida, but are mobile in an RV so they can participate in various missions and appointments throughout the country.

"In 2014 I was a first time mom who put work first as I had been taught my entire life. “Work hard, play hard.” In that same year my mom was diagnosed with cancer. I stopped everything to help her. I took leave from my job to be with her through treatment. Because of a move of the Spirit, my husband and I quickly relocated and watched God transform our lives. While my mom relocated to Heaven, she left me with a relocation company to run. With two kids, a new company, and a marriage that had been neglected, Martha and Jim entered our lives. We attended a marriage cruise/retreat and a special breakout session on business.

From their mentorship I was able to assert myself as a business owner and transform what my mom built into a service company that sustains many families and puts the Word of God into the hands of our clients. What we once rented, I now design and own. The message “love one another” is in each of our dwellings. And when things seemed to be at their worst, instead of closing up shop I created a workplace covenant. I asked my employees to work for HIM and not me. I challenged them to pray for one another and we began a Bible study. And then I watched God work.

When COVID hit we were already ahead of the game as I had put so many things in place to help us, as I had learned from the most incredible woman on how to be clean, accommodate and KARE.

I am the President and owner of MD Relocation and Adorned by 5 STAR. I also am the wife of Matthew, who owns Gulf Coast Framing and Drywall, where we service the Tampa/St Pete to Hernando areas! Aside from my title as daughter of the King and wife to an incredible man, my most important job is being the momma and teacher to three remarkable children. Our motto is more of… "Pray hard. Play hard. Work 6 and rest!"

When I first moved to be with my mom, I struggled very much being a stay-at-home mom and care provider. I had no idea what this new “role” was supposed to be and how to have worth without work. I quickly learned how much work it is! I’m a stay-at-home, teach-from-home, work-from-home yet I’m never actually home - momma! I wear so many hats and the only one who can keep me centered is CHRIST. We worship all day long. We share CHRIST everywhere we go. We live on mission. We volunteer at a farm/ranch and share the GOSPEL with our words and actions everyday.

iWork4Him has been transformative in my life because of its message and the relationships it has afforded me. I have connected with so many people and love telling others how we are stronger together and can’t wait to see the tapestry our LORD weaves as 2023 continues!"

John has been a sold out follower of Jesus since 1985 when God’s clear calling was to commit everything to Him. Nothing was to be held back. It was easy to commit family, home, church… but business? Yes, that too! An invitation to meet with a small group of business leaders led by Buck Jacobs in DeLand, Florida, proved to be a turning point. A study of In His Steps by Charles Sheldon led to a real commitment to run a business for the Lord.

As the founder and president of Emporia Farms, a horticultural products grower, exporter, and brokerage in central Florida, John developed new products and methods and found himself traveling extensively in Europe for marketing. Since the farm days, John has worked as a high school classroom teacher in a Christian school teaching Chemistry and Biology.

John is currently a partner and director of business development for C3 Accounting Solutions, LLC, an accounting firm specializing in integrated accounting software systems and fractional CFO services. He and his wife Donna live in St. Petersburg, Florida, where they enjoy a close relationship with their four grown children and four grandchildren.

Bob has a BA, MA, and has done PhD work at Bowling Green State University, where he received the Distinguished Service Award. He spent the first 20 years of his career in public education as a teacher, coach, principal, and superintendent, having served school districts in three states and acting as a member of the Wyoming State Board of Education.

Bob founded Creative-Leadership Consultants in San Diego, California, and is the creator of the Choosing Winners™ Hiring System. In 2016, he received the HR Lifetime Achievement Award from Columbus CEO Magazine.

Bob is also an abstract artist, using ink on paper to create designs based on Scripture passages. A book of his work, “In the Beginning…The Art of Bob Spence,” is available now.

Bob and his wife of 52 years, Joan, have two children, two grandchildren, and are active in their church, Celebration Community Church.
